There are a few illustrations throughout the book though most small and mixed in with the text and none are in colour. Buy this book hughess 1968 story of unexpected. Thoughtful, heartfelt and not to mention its wonderful animation. Also the illustrations within the book don't match the one on the cover which is far more cartoony.
